Avviso di convocazione ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA
Con la presente il Consiglio Direttivo dell’Associazione Apecheronza Basket Avio convoca
l’assemblea degli associati in prima convocazione per il giorno venerdì 19 maggio 2017 alle
ore 19.00 e, in seconda convocazione per lo stesso giorno 19 maggio alle ore 20.30, per
deliberare sul seguente
ORDINE DEL GIORNO
1.Approvazione bilancio consuntivo anno 2016 e bilancio preventivo 2017, relazione
del Presidente e del Revisore dei conti;
2.Relazione dell’attività sportiva;
3. Varie ed eventuali.
Avranno diritto di voto, i soci maggiorenni ed i genitori dei soci minorenni.
Le assemblee avranno luogo presso la sala conferenze della Cassa Rurale Bassa
Vallagarina in Piazza Roma ad Avio.
Seguirà piccolo rinfresco.
